Taronga Zoo Part II

It's our last week here in Sydney so we decided to try going to the Taronga Zoo again. Our first attempt at the zoo wasn't a success due to jet lag. This time around we covered way more ground!! I was also attacked by an Emu!!! (huge one I might add) Some of you may think I am overreacting, but it was horrible. Thanks to my AWESOME boss Jenn I was saved!

View of the city from the Zoo.

Red Panda

This was Austin favorite animal!

BridgeClimb Sydney

We only have 8 days left in Sydney, and I couldn't wait any longer to do The Bridge Climb! I use to not want to ride the Farris Wheel as a child, now I am climbing Bridges!  This was truly one great experience! The highest point of the arch is 134 metres (440 feet). The pylons are 89 metres (292 feet) high. The longest span of the Bridge is 503 meters (1650 feet). The total length is 1.15km (3770 feet).

Almost there....

Half way there....

All the way to the top!! I did it!!

A lot of famous people did the climb too! Here are few......

Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter, for you Jess)

Steve Irwin

Bruce!

Oprah

Robert De Niro
